Applicant details
Full name, address, telephone number and email address; incorporation information where the applicant is a company.
Trademark representation
A clear representation of the mark to be filed, together with any relevant wording or translation.
Goods and services
The proposed goods and services and the relevant Nice classes. We review the description before preparing the application.
Power of attorney — TM2
A notarized TM2 power of attorney in PDF format. Endorsement and the original document are not required for our instructions. We provide a draft after reviewing the initial requirements.
Priority documents
Supporting documents where priority is claimed. Send the earlier filing information with your initial instructions so that the position can be reviewed.
Translations
English or Myanmar translations where required for the documents or mark.

What information is needed to begin?
Send the applicant or company details, a clear representation of the trademark, the proposed goods and services and any priority information. We will review the materials and confirm the next steps.
Can you assist with a search before filing?
Yes. Our searches review available IPD-published records under the new trademark registration system for identical and similar marks in relation to the relevant goods and services. Unpublished applications are outside the present search scope.
How should we provide the power of attorney?
We provide a TM2 draft. A notarized PDF is sufficient for our instructions; endorsement and the original document are not required.
Will we receive an application draft for approval?
Yes. After payment, the notarized TM2 PDF and instructions are received, we send the application draft for approval before filing.
