Before filing

We review the requirements, send our invoice and a TM2 draft, and prepare the application after receiving payment, the notarized TM2 PDF and instructions. The draft is sent for approval before filing.

After filing

We email the filing receipt when it is available. If office actions or further instructions are required, we communicate the relevant issues and next steps.

Several marks or a corporate portfolio

For multiple matters, send a schedule of marks, classes, owner details and your internal references. We can discuss the search, filing, renewal and recordal work you require and the reporting format for those instructions.

Our fee schedule is supplied on request. Identify the services and classes where possible, and let us know whether the enquiry concerns one mark or several.
